SERVICES HAVE IMPROVED AT THE NIGERIAN EMBASSY IN JOHANNESBURG

Services have improved at the Nigerian embassy office in Johannesburg, South Africa compared to what was obtainable in the past.

The staff at the 26 Bolton office in Rosebank, Johannesburg office are prim, proper, amiable and professional.

During our visit to the office yesterday to submit a passport application, every officer from the security at the gate to the man at the reception desk appear diligently professional.

One of our staff left his wallet with wads of Rands and his credit cards on a chair : a staff of the embassy found it and returned it to him.

Most visitors at the 26 Bolton office appear satisfied with services rendered.

There was a sense of order and decorum in the office. The process of submitting passport application was completed within ten minutes.

Bogus agents and touts are not littering to woo and swindle visitors.

This is a good development on the part of the Nigerian embassy in South Africa.

One of the members of staff of the embassy: Abigail, was very warm and friendly. This is different to the harsh and unwelcoming attitude of most Nigerian public servants. Kudos to her.
