The votes for the top 20 most beautiful countries in the world are in, and sunny South Africa claimed the number five spot!

The British travel company, Rough Guide (known for its guides, e-books, and blog) released an updated list on the most beautiful countries in the world “to spark some imagination” among those planning their next trip.

Rough Guide reportedly received votes from readers all over, and the countries who made the cut might surprise you.
