AYEWA AND BOLA ARE RECEIVED AWARD IN ABUJA ON MONDAY 25 SEPTEMBER 2017

This is our best achievement ever, last year The African Portal host this two great Africa Music Icon in Pretoria and Johannesburg, less than one year the two of them received many awards and today two of them receive another award at Royal choice inn Abuja.

Mama Bola Are and Baba Ayewa Pastor J A. Adelakun, at the National Leadership Awards. Organised for Baba Ayewa and others, in Abuja. On Monday, 25th September, 2017. We celebrate this great achievement with you sir / Ma congratulations.

Mama Dr. Bola Are
She was born on October 1954 at Ekiti-West, a town in Ekiti State, southwestern Nigeria. She had her primary education at Christ Apostolic Church Primary school in her hometown and her secondary education at Christ Apostolic Church Primary School at Efon Alaye in Ekiti State before she proceeded to The Polytechnic, Ibadan where she obtained a diploma certificate in accounting.In 1973, she established Bola & Her Spiritual Singers and her debut album titled Baba Kuse was released on August 1977.In July 1985, she obtained a Doctorate degree in Music at St. John’s University.

In 1976, he was transferred to Kaduna where his musical career began as a member of the Christ Apostolic Church choir. His debut album titled Emi yio kokiki Re was released in 1978 and in 1982, he retired from the Nigerian Army to focus on gospel music, the same year he established a musical group called “Ayewa Gospel Music Ministry”.His was famous for his 9th album titled Amona tete maa bo, released in 1984. He had released over 30 musical album over the years as a Nigerian gospel singer.He was honoured with the “Evergreen Award” at the Crystal Awards 2014 held on Sunday, July 20, 2014.
