Nigerian Women lambaste Nigerian men for preferring South African women to them.

Nigerian women across the globe lambaste Nigerian men who live in South Africa for preferring South African women to them according to a survey conducted by nigeriansinsouthafrica.co.za.

They essentially say Nigerian men who live in South Africa are into a transactional and commercial relationship with South African women.

“They only want them for permits and other nonsense things they do”; these were the words of Khadijah Kazeem who had lived in South Africa for 11 years before relocating to Dubai.

When nigeriansinsouthafrica.co.za spoke with Nigerian women who live in South Africa, these are their responses:

Tunwase Kalejaiye from Centurion: “There is a bitter truth in the matter. Many of our men prefer South African women for some genuine reasons. The men here came for money. We the women are here for money also. We can’t help their stay here. We can’t help their business aspirations. When they have South African women on their companies, it helps them get contracts”.

Blessing Okon from Northriding: “Our men here are not real men. They have lost touch with real values. How many of those South African women can they take to Nigeria to settle down with”?

Judith Akpu: “If I were them, I will rather go for Zimbabwean or Zambian women. South African women are over right- conscious. They are not ready to submit to men. So, it is the sick Nigerian men who go for them”.

Mayowa Badejo, a Nigerian nurse in Bramley says: “They are artificial and cosmetic men who love artificial and cosmetic women. It is the curves and the Coca Cola shapes of South African women they crave for. If they want real marriage and true love, South African women should not be their priority. Our values are different. Marriages fail in South Africa like the brake of a rickety car”.

Many other Nigerian women who craved anonymity say there is nothing wrong with South African women but that many Nigerian men who live in South Africa are not the true representation of Nigerian men.

do u only speak to the Nigerian women, what did the men think about this, because all the response i saw here was from Nigerian woman which makes it one sided story, when you write about this type of topic try as much to get the story from both side, if possible from the three side, Nigerian woman, Nigerian men, and South African Woman, am sure you will make more sense speaking to every one involve than speaking to one group of people, go back and complete your job
